This is the real first-run path — the same steps the product walks a new shop through, not an idealised funnel.
Create your shop
Name your business and pick your address. Your shop is provisioned immediately — no call, no onboarding queue.
Add services, staff and hours
Set durations and prices, add your team, and open the hours you actually work. Your booking page goes live with it.
Connect payments and your domain
Link the payment provider you already use, point your domain at the shop, and start taking bookings and orders.

How do I get help during setup?
Setup is concierge-assisted. Sign up and tell us about your shop — the Vendzi team works through services, staff, hours, payments and your domain with you, and that is the right moment to ask anything. There is no separate support queue to find first.
How long does setup take?
Your shop is provisioned the moment you create it, and the booking page goes live as soon as your services and hours are in. Connecting payments and your domain are the remaining steps — each is a guided flow, not a project.
Can I move from Fresha, Square, Wix or Shopify?
Yes — with our help rather than an importer. There is no automated import today: you export your client list, services and products, and we set the shop up with you. The migration guide has the details.
Is my shop’s data separate from other shops?
Yes. Isolation is enforced in the database itself, not in the application — one shop’s records cannot be read by another.
Where do my clients’ payments go?
Straight to you. Each shop connects its own payment provider through that provider’s onboarding, card and PayPal payments settle into your account, and Vendzi takes 0% platform fee on payments.
