Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice, and missed appointments, forfeit the deposit. Deposits A deposit of 30 is taken when you book, and counts towards the price of your appointment. Late arrival If you arrive late, we will do what we can within the time remaining in your appointment. The full price of the service still applies.
