Vendzi

Product updates

What shipped, and when.

Vendzi is pre-launch and moving fast. This is the running record of what has actually landed on the platform — features, improvements and fixes, each dated from our development history. No roadmap padding; if it is not shipped, it is not on this page.

Changelog

The release timeline

Newest first. Everything below is live on the platform today — the same pages on this site describe each area in depth.

  1. Feature

    Custom domains, end to end

Connecting the domain a shop already owns is now a managed lifecycle — adding the domain, verifying it, and keeping old addresses as aliases so existing links and search results keep resolving.

  2. Improvement

    Faster public pages

Public-journey compute was reduced with bounded reuse of shared data across storefront renders, cutting the work each public page does per visit.

  3. Feature

    Platform operator roles

Operator accounts in the platform console now carry explicit roles (owner, admin, support) with enforced permissions, and a shop's admin memberships can be managed from the same console.

  4. Feature

    Password self-service

Operators can reset their own passwords, and sign-in is throttled behind Turnstile bot protection on the way in.

  5. Feature

    Durable billing and subscription authority

Subscriptions, plan entitlements and shop creation now run on a durable schema with a single canonical writer — one authority decides what a subscription is and what happens when it changes.

  6. Improvement

    Lighter first paint for visitors

Guest-page rendering and cold-start module initialisation were reduced and the reduction measured before and after deployment — public pages cost less to serve to a first-time visitor.

  7. Fix

    Studio responses are explicitly private

Every response from the CMS Studio surface now carries explicit private cache headers, so no editor content can linger in a shared or intermediary cache.

  8. Improvement

One publish authority for the Studio

The second editor engine was removed from the CMS Studio. Publishing now goes through a single native authority with a canonical diff — what you preview is what goes live.

  9. Improvement

    POS catalogs follow your modules

The point of sale now reads its catalog the same way the storefront does — module-aware and tenant-scoped, with service variations preserved from ticket to ticket instead of collapsing mid-visit.

  10. Improvement

Orders no longer invalidate the whole catalog cache

Order writes were decoupled from the catalog cache tag, so ringing up a ticket no longer evicts cached public catalog data that the order did not touch.

  11. Feature

    PayPal Connect onboarding

Shops can connect PayPal through the provider's own onboarding flow — start, authorize, complete — alongside card payments, with money settling to the shop's own account.

  12. Feature

    Per-location hours and ad targeting

Multi-location shops gained per-location opening hours and ad targeting — a campaign for one branch sells that branch's chairs, on that branch's hours.

  13. Feature

    Google Ads Manager

Campaigns, budgets, ad extensions and manager-account links, with conversion tracking that reports real bookings and orders rather than clicks. The advertising module shipped with tenant isolation from its first migration.

  14. Feature

    The CMS Studio

The visual page editor landed: direct-manipulation canvas, layers, inspector, undo history and a publish flow that serves what the storefront actually renders.
