Terms of service
The agreement between your shop and Vendzi, written to be read — monthly billing, your content, your payments, and where responsibility sits.
Effective
The service
Vendzi provides a subscription platform for appointment businesses — booking, point of sale, client records, storefront and related tools — operated from the platform’s website. By creating a shop or using the service, you accept these terms.
Your account and your shop
You provide accurate information at signup and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for the content you publish in your shop and for how your staff use the account.
One subscription covers one shop; shops are isolated from one another in the platform’s database.
Your content
Your shop’s content — services, products, pages, client records — remains yours. You give Vendzi the licence needed to host, display and back up that content in order to operate the service. You are responsible for making sure your content and your use of the service comply with applicable law.
Billing
Subscriptions are billed monthly at the prices published on the pricing page. You can cancel at any time; cancellation is actioned by our team and the subscription ends at the close of the period you have already paid for, rather than renewing.
Fees your payment provider charges on your clients’ payments are separate from the subscription and go to that provider. Vendzi takes no platform fee on payments.
Payments between you and your clients
Payments are processed by the payment providers you connect to your shop, under those providers’ own terms. Vendzi does not hold funds. Disputes with your clients about a payment are resolved with the provider that processed it and with your client directly.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service available, using managed cloud infrastructure and backups, but we do not promise uninterrupted service or error-free software. We may add, change or remove features; material changes to these terms will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
Limits of liability
To the extent applicable law allows, Vendzi is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
